Staff PD Sync Privacy Notice
Progressive Training (WA) Pty Ltd uses the Staff PD Sync application to monitor professional development records maintained in authorised Google Sheets.
Google data accessed
The application accesses read-only Google Drive file metadata to identify Professional Development register spreadsheets and read-only Google Sheets data from the Professional Development tab of those spreadsheets.
The application does not access the Qualifications, Training Needs or Other tabs for this purpose.
How the information is used
Information is used solely to provide Progressive Training management with an internal dashboard showing staff professional development activity, including the number and date of PD entries and recorded PD hours where applicable.
Storage
A local summary of the Professional Development data is stored on Progressive Training's internal intranet server for dashboard and compliance-monitoring purposes. Google account passwords are not stored. OAuth credentials are stored securely on the internal server.
Sharing
Google user data accessed by this application is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Access
The Staff PD Sync dashboard is intended for authorised Progressive Training personnel only.
Revocation
Google access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings.
