Half way through the year and interest is on the up for our Certificate IV in WHS and Diploma of Leadership and Management. What this means for me… I get to spend more time in the training room (#awesome). What this means for you… A chance to upskill your staff who might be in a management role or showing the aptitude to take on a management role, with the 2015 release of the Diploma of Leadership and Management.

I am currently running a Certificate IV in WHS which has been split over a 5 week period to cater for the client’s needs, and I am happy to report that it is going fantastically!

I’m very much looking forward to successful results from our participants when we conclude in August. Speaking of August…

The proposed date of 9th August will see the commencement of the new Diploma of Leadership and Management being run as a face-to-face course here at Progressive Training. As this is somewhat more demanding than its predecessor in that it has an additional 4 units, we will be looking to run this course every second Tuesday commencing on 9th August 2016 for the remainder of the year.  Why every second Tuesday you ask? Great question!

We understand how valuable your time (or your employee’s time) is, and can certainly appreciate the strain that being away from the workplace can cause when attending courses that run over weeks. The idea behind this is to provide minimal disruption to your busy work schedules and afford you the opportunity to gain this sought-after qualification.

Hopefully see you in the training room soon.

Great to hear about the growing interest in these valuable courses! It's encouraging to see flexible training options like the 5-week Certificate IV in WHS—perfect for busy teams aiming to grow into leadership roles.
