NEWSLINE - December 2014
As the year draws to a close, it presents an opportunity to reflect on the last 12 months and to focus on the challenges ahead. Progressive Training (WA) Pty Ltd achieved re-registration with ASQA for five years as a result of our site audit earlier in the year. We are now registered until 30 June 2019. VET reform continues to gather momentum as we ready ourselves for the introduction in 2015 of the new RTO Standards for Training Providers and Regulators and the need for all individuals studying in the VET sector to register for a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Refer to the separate article in this newsletter to read more about the USI and how to get one.
As this will be the last newsletter for this year I would like to take the opportunity to thank our clients for their continued support throughout 2014 and to wish you a safe and happy festive season. We look forward to working with you again in 2015. My sincere thanks also to our Directors and staff and our trainers who have worked tirelessly this year to ensure that Progressive Training (WA) Pty Ltd continues to deliver high quality services every time!
I am sure 2015 will continue to present more exciting developments for our organisation and for the VET sector as a whole and I look forward to tackling next year’s challenges head on.
