Our childcare course is run Face-to-Face at our premises in Woorree. It is held on Mondays from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
The course will take 18-36 months to complete. what about prac?
We have partnered with some of the local childcare centres so that we can organise the prac for you.
Days and hrs will be negotiated, however, you will be required to complete a minimum of 240 hours of work placement over the course of the qualification. how much does it cost
This qualification is directly aligned with priority industry areas where jobs are today, and into the future. As part of the state government Lower fees, local skills program, through to 31 December 2025 the course will be Fee-free for students who enrol and commence on or before 31 December 2024 and are entitled to the fee-free arrangement each year over the entire duration of the course.
“The Student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given indvidual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as student service and resource fees.” WHAT WILL I GET AT THE END OF THE COURSE?
If you complete the full course, you will receive a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121).
If you do not complete the course, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the units you have completed. HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?
Students must be 18+ years old in order to enrol in this qualification.
