We would like to welcome three new staff members to the Progressive Training team, Andrew McGhie, who is our new Glass and Glazing Trainer, Julie Camp, who is our casual Bookkeeper and Shelby Jones who is our new Client Service/Administrator. Below is a brief introduction to our newest team member.
Andrew McGhie joined the Progressive Training team as our Glass & Glazing Trainer and Assessor. Andrew has extensive experience in the Glass & Glazing industry, which he will be able to pass onto Progressive Training clients.
Andrew is heavily involved in the Air Force Cadets at Palmer Barracks where he is currently the Commanding Officer, he also volunteers at the Ball Creek RAAFA Aviation Heritage Museum.
Andrew also enjoys Boating, Fishing, Crabbing and Target Shooting in his free time.

As the old saying goes "I am born and bred in Geraldton"
I attended Primary School in Rangeway and then attended John Willcock Senior High School. I eventually went on to do a Business/Bookkeeping Course at the local TAFE.
I have lived overseas in New Zealand, Scotland and travelled to a few different Countries. Travelling and working was my passion for years.
I always came home to visit my parents, friends and finally when I had my two children, we settled in Point Moore, Geraldton. My kids have loved the quiet suburb and being so close to the beach.
I have been a Bookkeeper for quite a few years and thoroughly enjoy it. My position at Progressive Training is as the Bookkeeper and I look forward to working with you all.

Hi, I am Rochelle Jones but people call me Shelby. I have lived in Geraldton for the past 7 years. The last 4 years I have lived with my Partner and 2 dogs. I am one of five children and have moved around my whole life. In my spare time I enjoy helping my dad at speedway, going to the beach, motorbike riding and push bike riding in town.
Before starting at Progressive Training I worked in many different industries including Waitressing, Checkout Operator, Grain Sampler and Food Industries. One month ago I was fortunate enough to be offered a Certificate III Traineeship. My responsibilities include organising course material for upcoming courses, liaising with clients and managing the student database and records.
I'm looking forward to my new role and the chance to speak with you all in the near future.
