During a recent course for Safety Representatives, the Senior Inspector for the Midwest Region Mr Paul Larney was invited by course trainer Bill Belson to address the class and share his experience, wisdom and expertise. His thought provoking approach to safety and real stories challenged the participants thinking about the role of a Safety Representative and how best to carry out the function.
