The aim of the Site Supervisor's Course is to provide participants with the introductory skills and knowledge as part of the requirements under the Mines Act for an individual taking on the role of a supervisor.

Additionally, the course also includes Section 44 (Appointed Person) training.
Delivery over three (3) days includes a combination of face to face training, individual and group activities, discussions, case studies and practical exercises.
Courses are planned for 19-21 July 2016 and the 22-24 August 2016 and will be held in Geraldton at Progressive Training.
Persons successfully completing the course will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the four nationally accredited units of competency and a Certificate of Participation covering Section 44.
